Rockford Kids Can Donate to Charity By Writing a Letter to Santa
This year you can teach your kids that simple tasks can help out those less fortunate.
I love discovering things like this during the holidays!
Macy's has a great holiday campaign going on where you can help raise money for Make-A-Wish just by writing a letter to Santa.
What a perfect way to incorporate charity into your holiday. All you need to do is get your kids to write a letter to Santa and drop it off at a Macy's store, or send it online.
Pretty simple, right?
You don't have to be a child to write a letter, either.
I plan on asking Santa for new headphones and running shoes so you better believe I'm sending him an email right now so that he knows what I want and there's an additional donation made to Make-A-Wish.
Macy's will continue collecting physical and digital letters to Santa through December 24 and will donate up to $1 million to Make-A-Wish. At the end of this holiday season, they are going to reach a milestone, having collected $100 million for Make-A-Wish since 2003.
