When a family is desperate for entertainment, they'll do whatever it takes.

Right? You can only make so many forts, play so many board games, or put together so many puzzles before you start looking for something else to do.

So one Rockford mom decided to create a drive-in movie experience in her own garage.

Dawn Werner created what she calls a shelter-in-drive-in. That's right, a drive-in movie theater in her own garage, complete with popcorn, candy, and the latest Disney flick, Onward.

She also shared some pictures with us via the 97ZOK app.

Such a cute idea. We love it and we want to steal it.

How far have you gone creatively to keep your kids (and yourself) entertained these past few weeks? Tell us!
