Rockford Starbucks Is Relaunching Happy Hour But There’s A Catch
Savings for all of us but a lot more work for Starbucks baristas.
Starbucks locations in Rockford and across the country instituted their famed Frappuccino Happy Hour deals last May, but in January it was rumored to be going away.
Now it looks like Starbucks is bringing Happy Hour back but with a few tweaks that fans are going to love.
Here's the deal, in order to qualify for the new Starbucks Happy Hour discounts, you need to download their app. That's because Starbucks Happy Hour deals only work for those invited via email.
The other change is Frappuccinos aren't the only drink included in the program. Starbucks has now added espresso and iced teas too.
The new Happy Hour kicks off today at Starbucks offering 50% off handcrafted espresso beverages starting at 3 p.m.
There are four Rockford Starbucks locations, 6239 East State Street, 25542 South Alpine Road, 3001 North Perryville Road, and 7474 East State Street. There is also a Starbucks inside Target at 6560 East State Street.
