Rockford Woman Gets Engaged at Cubs Spring Training and It’s the Best Thing Ever

Who cares if the Cubs lost, it was the greatest day of this Rockford woman's life.

Casey Bloom is from Rockford and was hanging out in beautiful Las Vegas on Sunday just enjoying the weather and the Chicago Cubs.

But then, it turned into her best day ever.

Her (now fiance) boyfriend, Matt Pederson, had something special planned for Sunday's game, a big proposal.

Casey thought she and Matt were just going to take a photo in front of the field, totally normal, pretty much what everyone does at Spring Training, but then, Matt got on one knee.

The Cubs may have lost twice on Sunday, but Casey definitely won.
