I've lived in Rockford my whole life and this community is all about shopping local in every way possible. From food trucks, to retail stores, to coffee shops, there's a family-owned business everywhere you look.

The owner of Inzombia Coffee shared this message that gave people another reason to continuing to support local.

"While it’s just silly on so many levels to have a Starbucks in downtown I see Inzombia thriving tomorrow and many years to come. From the delicious sandwiches and After Dark live music from Wired, soft served ice cream and comfy atmosphere from Rockford Roasting, and insanely delicious cold brew and good vibes from us, all of us will continue to do what we do best and give Rockford and the community the best service we can with a diverse variety of what we have to offer.
