Roscoe Native Turned ESPN SportsCenter Anchor Returning Home
ESPN SportsCenter anchor Nicole Briscoe is returning home to speak at an upcoming luncheon on Thursday, September 13 at Aldeen Golf Club.
Briscoe, a 1998 Hononegah graduate, will be in town to be the keynote speaker for the return of Sport Stories, a tourism fundraiser for the RACVB Charitable Foundation.
In a press release, Nick Povalitis says:
Sport Stories is really the community's annual celebration of our region's most heralded athletes and sports business minds. With support from Nicole and other area sports icons, we want to continue to push that narrative forward.
Tickets for Sport Stories are on sale now.
Briscoe has been with ESPN since 2011 as part of the NASCAR Countdown program. She is now one of the lead anchors on the network's flagship show, SportsCenter.
