See Jake Arrieta’s Emotional Standing O in His Return to Wrigley

Monday night (5/20) was Jake's first start at Wrigley since making all that history with the team from 2015-2017.

Monday night, the friendly confines showed former Cubs pitcher Jake Arrieta, much love and appreciation. That arm, that beard, that body (as my girlfriend reminded me of just before the game started). While this video of the standing ovation won't affect you like the naked pics of Jake I linked to above, this will get you in the feels.

The ovation made Jake feel so good that he had to step out of the box. He even gave fans a tip of his hat.

But this is a game, and we'd like to win, so it was nice watching Yu Darvish strike him out after the standing ovation.
