‘Stateline Idol’ Gives Rockford Singers a Chance to be on ‘American Idol’
One local singer will be guaranteed an audition in front of an 'American Idol' producer!
'American Idol' is coming back and WTVO is hooking you up with a chance to skip the line at the Chicago auditions with 'Stateline Idol.'
'Stateline Idol' at Starlight Theatre is happening Thursday, August 31.
If you've got the pipes, and you're between the ages of 15 and 28, you've got a shot at the 'Stateline Idol' title.
So here's the deal.
Download the form (or visit WTVO) to get registered for the competition, which begins at 7 p.m. at Rock Valley College on August 31.
The two runners-up will be hooked up with 'front of the line' passes to the 'American Idol' auditions in Chicago on September 11, and one amazing Rockford area singer will be guaranteed to perform in the judges rounds... you know... in front of Katy Perry.
