I eat practically the same thing for lunch every single weekday. Lettuce, chicken, some sort of salad dressing (or ketchup because I'm weird) and an apple.
For the most part, we dread Mondays. Mondays mean having to set your alarm again, having to deal with traffic and your co-workers. I can't do anything about those elements, but I do have a few ways to make your Monday a little bit better.
