The Best Way to Stretch Out Shrunken Shirt Sleeves

You bought a great shirt and it fits perfectly until you wash and dry it. Now the sleeves are tight and shortened. Here's the fix.

I really hate when this happens to a great shirt. It's easy to fix when the shirt shrinks from your neck down, just hit it with some Downy Wrinkle Release spray and a couple of stretches with your arms inside of the shirt and you're good to go. When the arms shrink up, it's really tough to get those back to where you need them.
