This Rockfordian’s License Plate Is As Real As It Gets

I've written about this license plate before, and every time someone sends me a photo of it, I get all warm and fuzzy.

I wish I knew the person that owns this license plate, because it's just golden. My fear though, is that I'd find out that it doesn't mean what I want to believe it means. To me, when I look at this plate, I see it on the back of Samuel L. Jackson's car.... you feelin' me?
