Tree Crashes Down & Nearly Strikes Cyclist In Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Thank goodness for doorbell Ring cameras these days.  Would you believe this cyclist if they told you they were seconds away from being crushed by a tree?

You know, I have a ton of irrational fears.  Lots of fears that stem from freak accidents like sinkholes and bridges collapsing underneath of me.  It's a possibility, but it's very unlikely it'll happen to you in your lifetime.

Just like this story.  A storm was in full swing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin when a doorbell Ring camera captured a tree snapping and crashing into the street.  At the exact same moment, a cyclist was biking through the neighborhood.  If the cyclist was any further ahead, they would've literally been crushed by the tree.

The cyclist, luckily, crashes into the tree after it fell to the ground.

A witness was walking by as it all went down and ran to save the cyclist.  Fortunately, the biker walked away with no life-threatening injuries.

This sounds made up, right?  Here's the video!

I find it even more crazy that the bystander was just walking down the street, happened to be in the right place and right time, and ends up coming to the rescue.  I couldn't imagine what I'd do in that situation!

This is the type of situation I'm talking about... irrational fear unlocked!  I don't want to ever think about getting crushed by a tree, what a bizarre way to die.  Now I'll be thinking about this video every time it storms and I'm near a tree lol.
