If you're going to have a baby and you live in Illinois, you might want to take a trip to Wisconsin when the baby is due.

That's if the research from WalletHub is to be believed. According to the new study, WalletHub found Wisconsin as the 16th best state in the U.S. to deliver a child.

The same research found Illinois at the 30th spot on the list. Illinois ranked 36th in "Delivery Budget" while Wisconsin was only three spots better at 33rd.

The big difference between Illinois and Wisconsin in the new study show a major disparity in "Health Care" rank. Illinois ranked 33rd and Wisconsin 22nd. That ranking pushed Wisconsin into the teens overall.

The best state to delivery a baby in the U.S. is Vermont while the lowest ranked was Mississippi.
