Free Pregnancy Care Being Provided By Rockford’s ‘Stork Bus’
The Pregnancy Care Center's Stork Bus is providing many necessary services for expecting moms and young women. And all for free.
The mobile care unit called, the 'Stork Bus' provides a wide variety of care and counseling for women, including; pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, std tests and more, according to wrex.com. The 'Stork Bus' has a full-sized exam room that's stocked the same as any doctor's office, except it's on wheels.
The bus is fully funded by donations and able to provide special care for dozens of women, who in many cases, wouldn't have this kind of care available to them. And again, because of those donations, the Pregnancy Care Center's 'Stork Bus' can provide this care for free.
