Verizon Wireless customers may have experienced texting outages this morning but the company says the glitch is fixed.

Business Insider is giving us the story behind this morning's Verizon texting outage.

The outage was mainly on the East Coast this morning, where plenty of Verizon customers were not able to sent text messages.

We, of course, discovered the issue on Twitter.

According to NorthJersey.com, the issue has been resolved, however, some customers are still having a few problems.

While the issue was mostly on the East coast, it was spreading toward Rockford before it was considered fixed by Verizon.
