‘We Love Sinnissippi’ Fundraising Event Planned For Next Week

By now we know the fate of Sinnissippi Golf Course in Rockford lies totally in our hands.

The Rockford Park District does not have the money it takes to maintain and operate the golf course, so the only hope Sinnissippi Golf Course has for a future is to continuously receive monetary donations from this community. If we do not show up for fundraising events such as this one from the Save Sinnissippi Golf Course group, the golf course will not be able to stay open for years to come. It's really as simple as that.

If you love to golf, or just really want to help keep valuable assets in this community alive and well, please mark this down on your calendar for next Wednesday...

I've heard rave reviews on the newly-renovated Skybox, so this event seems like a darn good excuse to drive out there and check it out!
