There is almost nothing I look forward to in the summer more than getting some Wisconsin fair food, but I will NEVER put this in my mouth, would you?

That's my favorite headline. I was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, and spent plenty of my childhood at the WI State Fair in West Allis. Eating crazy foods on sticks, riding all the carnival rides, and watching old bands from my parents' youth.

This year, the WI State Fair has a ton of great new foods to try, including some crazy concoctions you won't find anywhere else.

Brat & Kraut Cheese Curd Taco

Little bites of Johnsonville brat, cheddar cheese curds, and sauerkraut topped with Beer ’n Brat mustard all in a fried flour tortilla.

Corn dogs are a MUST at a fair, this one at the WI State Fair got a cheesy upgrade.
