What Exactly Is Going On With This Illinois Man’s Car Modifications?

A reddit user recently shared photos of this a that's had a lot of modifications done. Quite possibly way too many.

If your eyes have the stamina to focus on this car long enough to tell me what's going on here, I will be forever thankful. Maybe you've seen this car on the road.

I'm really trying to understand this design but after 30 seconds of staring at the photos, my eyes start to blur and I have to look away. All I can tell is that it appears those are bullet holes on the rear quarter panels.

The Reddit user who shared the photos you're about to see, found them on an Instagram account named @official_shitty_car_mods. The got it right on this Toyota Avalon... officially sh***y!
