Why Was Scooby Doo and the Mystery Machine Circling Peoria, Illinois Area?

There appears to be a mystery that needs to be solved down near Peoria, Illinois. The situation must be incredibly mysterious to call in the big "dog."

You have your FBI. your CIA, your local law enforcement...these are all great, but when there's a mystery to be solved in Chillicothe, Illinois...there's only one way to go and one "dog" to call. SCOOBY FREAKIN' DOO!

This picture was taken by my friend Justin, and there's no explanation. Simply the Mystery Machine circling Chillicothe, Illinois near Peoria.

I'm unaware if there's an amusement park, a museum, a factory or a mansion near by...But I'm guessing there is. Just thing about who they would find under the masks near Peoria, Illinois! To think they woulda got away with it too, if it wasn't for those meddling kids!

It's always those out of the way towns where all the trouble starts. The population is 6,097 in Chillicothe, IL which is the perfect size for mystery.
