Winnebago County's COVID-19 case #12 wants you to know he's not just a number and he's doing okay.

The county's 12th COVID-19 case might be familiar. You might recognize him from Rockford's 4th of July Celebration, Festival of Lights, the guy from Ingersoll Cutting Tools, the band Dirty Fishnet Stockings, he may have even DJ'd your event or wedding, or possibly married you and your spouse. Whatever the case may be, he doesn't want to be known at a number.
