Illinois Woman Plunges Knee Deep Into Giant Pothole, Loses Linguine
One of the biggest inconveniences while driving is constantly having to dodge potholes. What's even worse is unexpectedly falling into a gaping hole in the ground.
Recently, I was warning someone about the giant potholes we have in our company parking lot when they told me one of the funniest pothole-related stories I've heard in a while.
He (Tony) told me the other day he and his wife, Katie, were leaving John's Pizza in Rockford and there was a huge pothole on the way back to their car.

Obviously, we don't expect the ground to have craters in them where we should be able to walk lol.
Katie fell directly into the pothole and Tony said she was KNEE DEEP IN IT.
KNEE DEEP. DID YOU READ THAT?
Okay, it probably wasn't actually knee deep but I guarantee it felt like it when she took that tumble. Plus, her linguine didn't make it out alive.
Katie's linguine flew into the air and SPLAT on the ground. Sad.
Now I have to go see for myself how big that pothole is. Where else in the Rockford area have potholes so big you would need an alignment done on your car?

I could think of a few off the top of my head... the entire road headed West from Chuck E. Cheese to the Circle K on Jefferson Street. You know good and well if you stay in the right lane your entire car will fall apart by the time you get downtown.
