10 Outrageously Good Dairyhaus Ice Cream Flavors You Must Try

It's near impossible to pick a favorite ice cream flavor from Rockton's much-loved homemade ice cream shop, Dairyhaus. But, we tried. Come take a look.

You know how you never stray very far from your menu favorites at the restaurants you like to visit? The same thing can happen with ice cream flavors. My first visit to the Dairyhaus at 113 E. Main Street in downtown Rockton, was in the Spring of 2014. In the seven years since then, I'm embarrassed by the number of homemade Dairyhaus flavors I haven't tried.

Salty Caramel Cashew was the first Dairyhaus ice cream to hit my lips. I've never had an ice cream before that tasted that good.

That was just the beginning. And, it took me quite a long time to try something different. I found a favorite, right away, what can I say. Dairyhaus owners, Brent and Meredith Murray, are always coming up with great new flavors, including some boozy flavors. Their latest creation may just be what Heaven tastes like, if it were an ice cream flavor. Red Velvet Cheesecake, a collaboration with Halo Cupcake in Loves Park, is the newest Dairyhaus flavor.
