2020 - The year kids will remember getting taught by their parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and so many more amazing people who are stepping into the role of e-learning teachers. So, for the Teacher of The Week for the 2020-21 school year, you can nominate those awesome people!

Big congratulations to 2nd Grade E-learning teacher Grandpa David. David has taken on the role of teaching Valerie's 2nd grade daughter her e-learning. Valerie nominated her dad David and the heart-warming letter reads -

So I’m nominating my dad David Olson to be teacher of the week. My daughter is in 2nd grade and we have her in ELearning right now with Ralston School. I have no idea what I would do without my dad! I work full time at Physicians Immediate Care and decides it was best to keep her home at the moment. He has been taking his job very serious! He even wears a tie when teaching her. He stays right by my daughter’s side throughout the whole day. Any questions she has he’s always available to help her. He even works with her after school to make sure she’s staying in target to where she needs to be. My dad has no idea how much I appreciate him and love him for doing this for me! My daughter is loving having her papa as a teacher!  I’m nominating him to show him how awesome he is and thankful I am! Thank you dad for everything you do for me and my daughter. You are amazing! Valerie Wilson

Thanks for being an amazing teacher, and grandpa, David. As a thank you we dropped of a delicious cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes as well as a floral arrangement from Broadway Florist.
