American Red Cross Pleading for Type ‘O’ Donors

Due to a pretty bad flu season and winter weather, the Red Cross is approaching a shortage.

Type 'O' is a universal blood type. It can be used for any patient. As I learned from donating blood, each donation can save up to three lives.
