An Outdoor Holiday Market Is Coming to Downtown Rockford

The Norwegian restaurant on N Main St. in Downtown Rockford exists today in large part due to the Rockford community, and next month they are throwing a one year anniversary party the entire city can enjoy.

It's called Snomarket and it will be happening Saturday, December 14 and Sunday December 15 from 3 to 9 p.m.  behind The Norwegian at 1402 N Main St.

Snomarket is an outdoor winter market that will feature:

• holiday foods, hot cider, & glögg
• handmade pottery, clothing, wood carvings, & more
• kids can make ornaments and take a picture with a Yeti
