Anybody Missing Toilet Paper On N. Second Street in Rockford?
It's not every day you lose an entire box of toilet paper on the road in Rockford.
Everyone's buying up all the toilet paper like it's 2020 all over again. This time, the shortage and panic-buying comes after the port strike.
Tens of thousands of longshoremen went on strike at midnight ET, shutting down major ports along the East and Gulf coasts and choking off deliveries of everything from produce to auto parts. [nbc news]
I was driving down N. 2nd Street in Rockford headed downtown when I almost ran over a whole box of toilet paper. LIKE 12 FULL ROLLS!
Now, I would've pulled over and grabbed all of them, but the road is way too dangerous in that area. Not trying to risk my life for some toilet paper haha.
My question was, "who dropped these?" and "have they noticed their toilet paper is missing?" So many questions that'll go unanswered.
I'd be so mad if I went to the store, grabbed a ton of toilet paper, and as I'm driving they somehow fly out the back of my car. It's not cheap, nothing is this day in age!

To the person who is about twelve rolls short right now, they're all over N. 2nd Street as we speak. I drove past the scene again later today and they were all still there, but tons of cars hit them. They might have tire marks on them, but at least they're kinda in tact!
