Area Teen Girl Dies After Horrible Crash in Carroll County

A 17-year-old Sterling girl died Monday night in the small town of Milledgeville as a result of her injuries sustained in a terrible accident.

The accident happened on Schell Road just west of Sunshine road when Carley Harrielle's car hit the wall of a concrete bridge, according to wrex.com. After hitting the bridge wall, the car tumbled into the creek below. Harrielle died at the scene.

The accident is still under investigation by the Carroll County Sheriff's Department and the Carroll County Coroner.
