Discovery Center Hosting Holiday Gift Shop Sale

Attractions throughout Illinois, and in Rockford, have been shuttered once again due to COVID-19. These newly implemented restrictions have forced places like the Discovery Center Museum in Rockford to scramble to find new ways to stay afloat...again.

A focus on shopping local is really needed this Christmas to help businesses and attractions in Rockford survive the pandemic, and the Discovery Center Museum is a great place to buy fun (and educational) toys for all the littles in your life!

Here comes the good news...Discovery Center's 'Discoveries to Go!' gift shop is still open for business AND everything is currently on sale!

If you've got a little in your life that loves science, they've got you covered.

If you've got a little in your life that loves puzzles, games and stuffed animals, they've got you covered.

If you've got a little in your life that loves to do experiments and/or read, Discoveries to Go! has you covered!

Obviously shopping in stores is a little different right now, so here's how the Discovery Center Museum says you can shop with them this month;

Limited number of shoppers at one time to maintain social distancing. Health screening required prior to entry.

December 1 - 23 (Monday-Friday)

CALL AND ORDER

If you see something on our website, or remember it from a previous visit, just give us a call at 815-972-2838 and purchase it over the phone. Then simply schedule a pick-up time Monday-Friday. It's that easy!

Discovery Center Museum is truly one of my favorite attractions in Rockford, so please, let's all do what we can to help them get through these crazy times!
