Dole Recalls Bags of Spinach Sold In Illinois and Wisconsin
For about 4 months now I have been on a weight loss journey with my friends at Rockford Weight Loss, and bags of spinach are a staple in my refrigerator right now. I throw some in a salad, on some turkey in a low carb wrap, in a smoothie...I use spinach A LOT.
I know for a fact I have at least 3 bags of baby spinach in my fridge right now, and I'm willing to bet all of them are a part of a new Dole Baby Spinach recall.
According to a press release on dole.com;
Monterey, CA–August 9, 2019–Dole Fresh Vegetables, Inc. is voluntarily recalling a limited number of cases of baby spinach.
