We hope you have a ball this weekend, hopefully even two! Today's Five Things include fresh eggs straight from your backyard, driver sentenced in hit and run accident, how kettle chips are regular potato chips in disguise, a five minute workout, and celebrities grabbing themselves for charity!

Fresh Eggs From Your Backyard

According to WTVO, the board of trustee's last night approved an ordinance in which Roscoe residents can now have chickens who make fresh eggs in their backyard. People who wish to do this can have a maximum of 6 chickens and they must be caged.

Hit and Run Driver Sentenced

24-year old Sambath Pal was sentenced to 20 years behind bars after pleading guilty to a deadly hit and run back in April that killed two people. Eyewitness news reports that Investigators were able to track down Pal's car by a piece of his vehicle found at the scene.

Get Up And Move!

Let's face it, it's Friday, and no one has the energy to be at work. If you're dragging today, you might want to try a quick five minute workout that will not only wake you up, but get you roaring for the rest of your afternoon! Start with doing some squats, then move to mini-hops and try some standing crunches. Here are two more that you can do, simply at your desk! Do each exercise for one minute.

Breaking Hearts One Chip At A Time

I'm answering the age old question-are kettle chips healthier than regular potato chips? The answer is no. They are cooked differently, but both are processed in your body the same. So, even though they're marketed to be healthier, they're really not. Sorry, if I just broke your heart.

Celebrities are #Feelingnuts

Finally the Ice Bucket challenge is past us and now Hollywood has come up with something to replace it. Hugh Jackman got the ball rolling with the "Crotch Grab Challenge" and lucky for us girls, it's catching on. So far, Ricky Gervais, 5 Seconds of Summer, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, Will Arnett, and William Shatner have all been having a ball with this new challenge. Hopefully, it'll continue!
