No Foul Play Suspected

Get That Raise You Deserve!

Let's face it, we all deserve a raise! Here are some ways to get one! First off, YOU need to make the first offer. Also, a study suggests that you shouldn't round out your number. For example, instead of saying you want $65,000 a year, say $65,600. That way you don't take a chance of your employer cutting your offer way down. You have a better chance of getting more when you don't round your numbers. Good luck!

Work Hard, Play Hard

If you want to live longer, stop taking work home with you! It starts with checking your work email, then it leads to doing work and researchers are saying that leads to health issues like anxiety, heart problems, headaches and more. If you're always doing work, you don't give your mind and body a chance to relax. So, work hard at work, and reward yourself with some playtime.
