We'll be doing the Truffle Shuffle this weekend, albeit in our cars and 6-feet away from other people.

It's not optimal, but somehow, Sterling's Midway Drive-In is making it work.

In a world where no new movies are coming out, the drive-in is America's only real form of big-screen entertainment.

So the Midway continues to churn out double features until new releases come back.

The gates open at 7 p.m. with another old school double bill kicking off with The Goonies at 8:45 p.m.

Shortly after The Goonies wraps up, it's Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory.

Tickets are $9.50 for adults and $4 for kids 3-11. The concession stand is closed, but the Midway is allowing for outside food and drink to be brought on to the grounds.

The Midway is selling $10 food permits for each car that enters.

Just remember, you can't show up to the Midway without a ticket first. You can buy advance tickets now at themidwaydrivein.net.

The Midway Drive-In is located at 91 Palmyra Road in Sterling.
