I don't know how you feel, but I think the cutest Halloween costumes out there are made for babies and dogs. Their costumes just seem to be more legit looking, more fancy, and completely adorable. If you agree, I think you're going to love this new Howl-o-ween event that the Rockford Park District announced yesterday.

According to the RPD's press release;

The Friends of Canine Corners Dog Parks invite the public to enjoy outdoor fun with their dogs at a free “Howl-o-Ween Pawty” benefit on Sunday, October 6, 2019, 11 am until 3 pm (rain date: Oct. 13, 2019) at Rockford Park District’s Canine Corners Dog Parks Searls location, 4950 Safford Rd. (off S. Central Ave.) in northwest Rockford, IL. Among the event's activities will be: a Rockford Park District police K9 demonstration at noon, dog-friendly vendor booths, a costume contest, plus raffles, food, and prizes.

If your dog does not have a pass to enter the Canine Corners Dog Park, no worries! You and your pup can still attend this Halloween pawty, you just can't enter the unleashed area of the dog park without following the dog park rules like; proof of current rabies vaccines, no puppies younger than six months of age, etc.
