I decided to join in, bring my car, pass out candy, treats, and all sorts of fun prizes.

I've never given out candy at my own apartment of all the years living there, so I figured I'd do something fun for spooky season this year!

As a kid, we'd just go door-to-door for Halloween but I think trunk-or-treating has become the new norm!  I love it, gives kids a chance to get way more treats than they would roaming a neighborhood.

Located at 10823 Cleveland Road in Durand, Illinois, Hoo Haven is kicking off 'Boo at Hoo'.  So gather your family, put on your favorite costumes, and get ready for a spooktacular afternoon with Hoo Haven.

Maybe you're more into beer, pumpkins, and photo opportunities.  Wrigleyville's Pumpkin Patch & Beer Garden and Jack O'Lantern World in Lake Zurich are waiting for you!  Happy haunting!
