Saturday at 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. on MSNBC:  The 4th Annual Global Citizen Festival.  This is a benefit concert in Central Park to help end extreme poverty hosted by Stephen Colbert, Salma Hayek, Hugh Jackman, and Kerry Washington.  The performers are Pearl Jam, Beyoncé, Ed Sheeran, and Coldplay.

Sunday at 7:00 p.m. on CBS:  The two-hour series finale of CSI.

Sunday at 8:00 p.m. on ABC:  The series premiere of Blood & Oil.  Don Johnson plays an oil tycoon and Chase Crawford from "Gossip Girl" is an ambitious young newlywed trying to impress him after a major oil discovery.

Sunday at 9:00 p.m. on ABC:  The series premiere of Quantico.  Priyanka Chopra plays a new FBI agent trying to figure out which one of her classmates at Quantico is a sleeper agent responsible for destroying a major New York landmark.
