Illinois Fan Wins Taylor Swift Tickets & Her Reaction Is Priceless

After Ticketmaster canceled all General Public sales for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, a lucky Illinois fan won tickets on the radio and her reaction to winning is so wholesome.

Taylor Swift has not been on tour in nearly 5 years.  After she announced her Eras Tour for 2023, the demand for tickets has been through the roof.

Swifties crashed the Ticketmaster website and now fans are scrambling to find tickets anywhere on the internet.  Resale tickets range from $600 to nearly $20,000 for nose bleed seats!

When you really connect emotionally and mentally with a musician or any type of artist, sometimes you go to great lengths just to see them live in concert.

This is one of those times.

I remember when One Direction announced they were going on their Take Me Home Tour... I excused myself from school that day, my mom took off work, and we had 5 or 6 devices just waiting to the tickets to become available!

After the Chicago concert completely sold out before we could buy tickets, I couldn't find reasonable priced seats from other sellers.  Until my mom came to the rescue...

She surprised me and my friend with a weekend road trip to Minnesota and waited in line for tickets the day of 1D's show.  We were SCREAMING!

It was totally worth the drive, all the hours waiting outside the venue, and meeting all the other excited fans waiting to see the band, too.

So I can only imagine the feeling when this Illinois woman won tickets to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour!  This is a hot commodity now...

There was one pair given away every day last week at this radio station and the final winner had the best reaction.  If you've never won tickets on the radio before, it is such an adrenaline rush!

Her name is Emily Rucidil from Rockford, Illinois!  Emily didn't even know the contest was happening.  Her mom actually told her to listen to the radio and try to win. Shoutout to her momma!
