Illinois Woman Receives Snake She Didn’t Order in Mail

FedEx delivered a snake to a woman that says she didn't ordered it.

Granite City Police say a baby python was delivered to Delores Gavin who says that someone ordered it with her credit card number and according to Gavin, it's not her snake.

Gavin says that FedEx dropped off the $100 baby spotted python on her doorstep and upon opening the package, she screamed.

The snake was sent from a California reptile dealer, which after finding out about the fraudulent charges, agreed to refund her the $100.

Police say they are investigating the possible identity theft.
