It's one thing for outsiders to view a company favorably and that's obviously good for business, but one Illinois company was just voted the best place to work in America by its own people.

24/7 Wall St just shared the results of a Glass Door survey which rated all of the company's in America based on reviews from their own workers. The criteria they used said that had to employ at least 1,000 and had to have at least 75 reviews.

Many major companies came up in the top 10 of their results like Nvidia, In-N-Out Burger and Fidelity Investments, but it was a company with an office in Illinois that came out on top.

Bain & Company is a consulting firm that specializes in "consumer products, retail, healthcare, technology, telecom, industrials, financial services, and private equity". Their official corporate site talks about how important Chicago, Illinois is to what they do:

It's a big deal (no business pun intended) for a company to be ranked #1 in America when it comes to great workplaces. The fact that they do a lot of business out of Illinois is just the cherry on top of it all.
