Two brothers from southeastern Wisconsin were trying to reach Santa by dialing 911 and when they didn't reach him, they got a special visit from another big man...in a blue suit.

That's the thing with technology these days. Instead of writing letters and standing in long lines at the mall to meet Santa in person, kids are picking up their parent's cell phones and dialing 911 in hopes of reaching jolly old St. Nick at the North Pole.

Three-year old Brody and six-year old Blake were hoping to hear "ho ho ho" when they tried to call Santa from their mom's cell phone but instead they heard "no no no".  The 911 dispatcher immediately called back after the boys hung up and because it's policy, they sent an officer to their home; without any presents.

The brothers got a very important lesson about the proper way to use 911 and the officer made sure the boys knew the best way to contact Santa- in person.
