Loves Park is Getting a Dunkin Donuts

'Dunkin Donuts'? Just 'Dunkin'?  Whatever it's called, you know the place, and Loves Park is finally going to be getting their very first one!  Maybe by the time it's actually open it will only be 'Dunkin'.

According to WIFR News -

Loves Park Aldermen approved bringing a Dunkin Donuts to the 6100 block of Riverside Boulevard, right next to Aero Alehouse. The new Dunkin Donuts will be renovated in an existing building. Loves Park Mayor Greg Jury says the owners just have to add a drive thru window and work on the inside of the building.

This will be the first and only Dunkin Donuts location in Loves Park.  Right now the closest ones are located in Rockford and Machesney Park.  There is no word of exactly when the new Dunkin will be open. But hey, at least we know Loves Park residents can satisfy their donut craving sooner rather than later!
