Who's at fault in this accident?

This incredible video was caught by a camera wearing motorcyclist as he crossed through a crowded intersection.

The guy on the motorcycle attempted to cross through even though a car was in his way.

Since the guy is on a motorcycle he must've figured that he could just fit between both cars.

As he was trying to get through a white car that wasn't moving all of a sudden moved knocking the guy off the bike.

There are two ways this can go. The motorcyclist is at fault for trying to fit in through a crowded intersection, or the guy driving the car is to blame. After all he moved his car right into the motorcyclist.
