So you just paid 50 bucks or more to check you luggage, now it's off to another city you're excited to spend some time exploring. You get to your destination but that suitcase did not. Your belongings are either late or completely lost. There's nothing more frustrating when traveling. Now there's a new law going into effect immediately that will make the airline refund that fee if your luggage is late, according to wgntv.com.

The way the new law works, says the airlines have to give you that refund right away if the luggage does not arrive within 12 hours of a domestic flight’s arrival, or 15 hours of an international flight’s arrival.
