New Teacher Of The Week Has Skills In Classroom and On The Court
Our newest Teacher Of The Week showed off her basketball skills with 'Champ' from the Harlem Globtrotters in the gym at Rock Cut Elementary School.
Congratulations to Mrs.Anderson from Rock Cut Elementary. Mrs. Anderson scored great gifts from Broadway Florist, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Oriental Trading Company. Every student in Mrs. Anderson's class also got ticket to the Harlem Globetrotter's game at the BMO Harris Bank Center on Sunday, December 30th at 4 p.m..
Mrs. Anderson's nomination comes from one of her colleagues and several handwritten letters from her students at Rock Cut.
The 4th grade students all wrote letters on why Mrs. Anderson should be your next teacher of the week. Here are a few highlights from the 20 letters that they wrote.
Mrs. Anderson helps us with our work because some of us don’t know how to do
Mrs. Anderson has taught us sooooooo much. She is cool the only down side is that she does not like the Bears
Mrs. Anderson never makes us give up on nothing
She makes us feel comfortable and makes us feel safe inside
She helps us learn other ways if we don’t understand. She also helps me learn new things that I don’t know of
She is the best teacher I have ever had
She makes class and learning fun
Mrs. Anderson is our friend no matter what we do, she is always kind
She knows everything and gives us knowledge
Mrs. Anderson makes her classroom a warm and friendly environment. She teaches the kids in a way that they are learning, but it also fun so they really enjoy it. She puts in many hours at home and on the weekend to make sure the students have everything they need to be successful. Mrs. Anderson deserves to be your teacher of the week!
