Olivo Taco Bringing Door Busters To Former Pier 1 in Rockford

The guys behind arguably Rockford's best taco is bringing something new to Rockford.

About one year ago Olivo Taco announced a new location with new taco options on College Avenue. If you are not familiar with Olivo you're really missing out. You are punishing yourself by not experiencing their masterpiece tacos. It does not matter which taco you get, your tastebuds will be ecstatic after the first taste. Also, get the hot sauce. Trust me.

As if owning the taco game in Rockford is not enough, Olivo Taco dropped a major announcement on Facebook. They are opening a location inside the former Pier 1 Imports at 6325 E. State Street in Rockford. This will not be a restaurant. This will be a store with some crazy good deals. I would love to tell you what items to expect inside the store but I can not do it. What I can tell you is it appears as though you will be able to find practically anything inside Olivo Door Busters.

What is even crazier is the prices of the items for sale. In a Facebook post, Olivo Door Busters says all items will be $10 on the first day (November 6) they're open and drop throughout the week.

On Thursday, November 12, Olivo Door Busters will close and reopen the next morning to "do it all over again!!!"
