One Of Rockford’s Best Burger Joints To Open New Spot In Chicago Suburb
Funny, I was just talking about Rockford restaurants that should be franchised and then we get this news.
While it's not quite franchising nationwide, it's still a big deal. Check this out, according to the Rockford Register Star, Rockford-based and iconic Beefaroo is opening a new location outside of Rockford.
Beefaroo is opening a restaurant in the Kane County village of West Dundee, according to company director Melissa Pratt.
When Beefaroo opens its doors in January 2021 it will be their 8th restaurant and the first outside of Winnebago County since their Sterling location in Whiteside County closed up shop in 2011.
No word yet if the new restaurant will have seating due to the new normal we live in. I kind of think it might not be necessary. Might as well just make it a drive-thru. I mean, Starbucks is transitioning to that model and if Starbucks is doing it, it probably makes sense. According to Forbes, Starbucks "CFO Pat Grismer said 80% of the company’s new store development mix will include a drive-thru."
If you're looking for work, Beefaroo will be staffing their new West Dundee location so if interested in a position send an email to Melissa@beefaroo.com.
