A couple weeks into the new year and you resolved to eat healthier and get in shape. No doubt chicken is in your meal planning. It doesn't take long before you want to kill yourself before eating another baked chicken breast.
When I get bored with my chicken, I will spice it differently. I prefer my chicken breasts grilled or baked at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. While many of these dishes will fit nicely into your health and nutrition goals, some of these dishes are perfect 'cheat meals.'
