What's worse is that I had to witness it in person.

Yeah, you read that right.

I was shopping at Walmart in Rockford, Illinois when I stumbled upon a trail of turds.  Literal crap.  I was beyond confused as to where it came from - or who it came from and WHY?  HOW?  WHAT?

Of course, me being me, I started sniffing around looking for answers.

A friend of mine was standing near the feces in disgust because he was on poo patrol until the store janitor arrived to clean up the mess.

The smell was atrocious.  You could tell this dirty deed had nothing to do with a dog or cat.  This was something else.

I won't go into detail about the smell, but just imagine a big ol' dumpster full of trash that has been baking in the sun for a week.

That is exactly what it smelled like.

I asked my friend if the trail of poop was from an animal and his response was, "Unfortunately, no.  It was an older gentleman."  A HUMAN DID THIS.

There is a first for everything though, amirite?

After I left Walmart, my friend sent me a video of the "accident."  Sure enough, it was a grown man just walking past the electronics department dropping a deuce as he strolled through the store.

Yes, maybe he didn't realize he was going #2, but I am genuinely curious on how they rolled out of his pant leg.  You tell me!

Here's the video proof:
