Starting Monday, July 8, Prairie Street Brewing company will begin offering a vegan menu filled with delicious farm fresh vegetables.

After taking a 30-day vegan challenge, Prairie Street's executive chef, Josh Tourville, was inspired to create an entire vegan menu for the restaurant and brewery located at 200 Prairie St. on the banks of the Rock River.

The menu features a vegan burger, cheesesteak, a poke bowl and more with no meat or animal by-products, according to wrex.com.
