“Rude” (The Dad’s Side of the Story) Video Saves Monday

Parodies and covers of hit songs have flooded YouTube since its inception. Most of them are pretty silly, few of them are good. This is one of the really good ones.

Benji and Jenna Cowart are a husband and wife singing duo out of Nashville,TN.  The Cowart's version of the pop smash, "Rude" from Magic! is one of the best parodies of 2014.

With lyrics like "You say you want my daughter for the rest of your life? Well you gotta make more than burgers and fries.", I'm beginning to see the Cowart's point of view on the marriage matter.

While Benji does most of the singing, Jenna does occasionally pop her head in view (holding a laundry basket) and sing a bit of backup.

So if you are planning on asking a dad for marriage approval soon, listen to this first.
