The recently floods have been making history because of how bad they've been. It's going to take the community coming together to restore the Stateline. One business is doing their part to help.

Schnucks is pairing with American Red Cross to give customers their chance to support flood victims. Not everyone can get out and deliver sandbags, or go rescue families. But everybody grocery shops, and going to Schnucks can guarantee you're doing your part.

WREX details -

Schnucks announced on Wednesday they are starting a ‘Round up at the Register’ campaign. Beginning today and continuing through the weekend, Schnucks customers at all six Rockford-area Schnucks stores can round up their purchase to the nearest dollar, with 100% of donations going to the American Red Cross’ Disaster Relief Fund.

Schnucks has been a part of the area for more than 20 years and they clearly understand what a big role they play in the community. This is how long they'll be offering the program according to WREX -

Rockford-area Schnucks customers can round up through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 24. The round up feature is not available at self-checkout lanes so customers who wish to donate should be sure to go through attended checkout lanes.

Helping flood victims can be as easy as making your next grocery store run a Schucks run. Every little bit helps.
